Q:  Do you offer a free trial?

Great question.   Because our services actually start with granular, detailed consulting; it isn't practical or applicable to have a 'free trial'.   Remember that we'll be working with you hands-on to retire your legacy systems, clean up and consolidate your data and customizing the systems to reach your goals.   However you can reach out to us for references from our existing customers to help you feel comfortable before you start your project with us.   

Q:  What CRM/ERP Systems do you sell/implement?

Only one, Imprezian360.     KnowTia started in 2001 creating our own small business CRM product line (called the KnowTia Knowledge Management System).   Over the last 20+ years we've been perfecting it, and our 4th generation platform (Imprezian360) is a culmination of our experience.   

Q:  What is DrivenCRM?

Our back-end platform is named Imprezian360 and  uses the Windows Server + SQL Server platform. DrivenCRM is the web-based user-interface product that users access through a web-browser for daily activities.    TabletCRM is our mobile application line that also links with Imprezian360.

Q:  What systems have you converted from?   Will I be able to use all of my existing data?

We have data conversion options for almost everything that's been on the market in the past 20 years, GoldMine, ACT!, and Salesforce just to name a few.   We also have extensive experience if you have custom data (Microsoft Access, Excel), and will work with you to consolidate, clean-up and organize your data before importing it into your new CRM.   Depending on the practicality and shape of some of the data, we'll make the decision together what you would like to bring forward, and what you would like to leave behind.

Q:  Do I have to quit using QuickBooks to use your solution?

Actually DrivenCRM has amazing, unmatched QuickBooks integration, so we strongly recommend you start by leveraging your existing QuickBooks investment as the starting point of our services.    We'll work with you to ensure your QuickBooks data is ready, secure and safe before moving forward.    Once we've completed our work, information will flow automatically downstream to accounting with the goal of completely eliminating double-data entry.


Q:  Do I have to use QuickBooks with your product, or can I use something else?

You do not have to use QuickBooks with DrivenCRM; however it is the only accounting system (both Desktop and OnLine) that we support at this time.

Q: Do you have mobile apps?

Yes!   We have an amazing "Shop and Field Service" app (search for "TabletCRM" on the Google Play store); which is designed for work-order management.  In "Shop" mode it is designed for internal work, such a product repairs, etc.   in "Field Service" mode, that same app adapts for travelling work, such as installers, field technicians, etc.     Additionally, our "Sales Pro" app should be launching shortly, which includes follow-ups, tasks, lead management, phone-calls, etc designed for the sales professional.
