Starting at only $3895.00 (note: all prices are in USD). Our standard startup package is for up to 5 CRM users and includes installation, data syncing (up to 2 systems), basic training and startup assistance. For up to 25 CRM users you can choose our "all inclusive" startup, which includes all setup, data conversions (up to 4) and personalized training starting at $15,000 (discounts may be available, just ask.); customization options and additional 3rd party integrations (that aren't currently supported) can be quoted separately for you.

CRM Project Design
We start by discussing where you are now and where you want to be with your new CRM system. We'll discuss CRM software options and integrations. What data you have and what shape is it in? And we'll make sure each department has a plan.
Data Analysis & Cleanup
Most likely you have data in a variety of existing sources and formats: QuickBooks, old CRM systems, Excel, etc. We'll analyze and develop a consolidation plan so your new CRM system has the best data possible.
Cloud-Server Setup
Our CRM is offered in two cloud options, with the option for you to host it on your own cloud server:

CRM Installation
Once you've chosen your cloud-server, we'll perform the setup, installation and testing on the new server; including all the latest security options and reliability testing.
Customization Services
Our CRM is designed to be 80% out of the box for everything you need. For the last 20%, our in-house developers will go to work to "dial-in" the specifics and close the gap.
Training & Go-Live
Pick a go-live date and we'll perform personalized user training with each department and be there to hand-hold during those first few weeks while the staff gets acclimated.
2: Choose your User Licensing.
DrivenCRM is licensed per concurrent user, which means regardless of how many users are defined in the system, only the users accessing the system at the same time need a license. This is much better for you than the 'per-seat' model others may offer you.
